What Blaine's Clients Have to Say About Him
“Blaine went above and beyond for me throughout the entire home-buying process. We started with a few resale homes—one had hidden solar fees in the tens of thousands, another needed an $18K roof replacement on what should have been a 30-year roof. Blaine caught every issue before I made a costly mistake …. I’ve worked with other realtors before, but none have come close to this level of care, integrity, and commitment.
Truly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. 10/10″
Customer stories
Every transaction is different, but the goal is always the same: clear communication, honest guidance, and successful outcomes.
From start to finish, Blaine Bond went above and beyond our every expectation! He helped us get the perfect home, set up everything we needed, and took us through the process step by step.
Purchasing a home while living in another state is stressful enough but Blaine put all our worries at ease and made us feel truly confident in our purchase. We cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us and will be recommending him to anyone and everyone!
Working with Blaine was an absolute pleasure and we truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us through the entire purchasing process. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and purchasing process was extremely reassuring especially since we had come from overseas and were not very familiar with the Tucson and Oro Valley areas.
Blaine has superb communication skills. He quickly replied to our calls and emails, and always kept us informed about new developments throughout the entire process…
Blaine is a true professional. He was reliable and genuinely dedicated to making our house search and purchase transaction a smooth and pleasant experience….
Blaine Bond is an excellent realtor. His knowledge of the Tucson area is deep. As a veteran I also appreciated his understanding of the requirements of the VA loan process. Blaine did a great job of listening to what my goals were with regard to purchasing a property, answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had throughout out the entire purchase process. Blaine was exceedingly thorough, double checking , following up, sending videos and tracking down the correct people – keeping me informed the entire time. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and having Blaine as my agent through the process was a big positive. I highly recommend Blaine as your realtor.
Simple put Blaine was the best realtor we have dealt with! We initially had called to meeting with another agent from the office and received a call back from Blaine. After having a discussion with him we set up a meeting. Prior to the meeting he reached out and suggested we meet at one of the properties he suggested for us. Blaine listened to what we were looking for and offered several properties that met our criteria. By the end of the afternoon we had put an offer in on one of the properties and closed shortly after. Throughout the process Blaine provided input when asked, emailed us with updates as the deal progressed, and went above and beyond in dealing with seller. Overall we appreciated Blaine’s professionalism, and attention to detail. And it helped that he has a good sense of humor and an appreciation for music!

Frequently Asked Questions
You can find answers to many questions below.
How do you help buyers, especially those relocating to Tucson?
Many of our clients shop from out of state, so we provide thorough FaceTime or recorded video tours that make you feel like you’ve already walked through the home. As a former home builder and remodeler, I point out both the features you’ll love and the issues you should know about—things most agents overlook. I personally attend every inspection, provide in-depth neighborhood research, and keep you updated through my YouTube tours and market updates. My goal is to make buying in Tucson a confident, informed, and smooth experience no matter where you’re located.
What services do you provide to help sell my home?
I believe every listing deserves to shine. That’s why I use the best professional photographers, Luxe photography, including drone shots, twilight photos, 360 interactive models, and detailed floor plans. I create custom video tours and feature your home on dedicated listing pages that are optimized for online and AI search. From well-lit signage with per-listing informational QR codes to social media promotion, I ensure your home reaches the widest audience and makes a memorable first impression—online and in person.
What services do you provide to buyers and sellers?
I offer more than just a transaction—I provide full-service real estate. For buyers, that includes live or recorded video tours, detailed property research, and honest evaluations of both the good and the bad, so you know what you’re walking into. For sellers, I create professional marketing packages with YouTube video tours, neighborhood guides, and strong online visibility. Whether you’re across town or across the country, I make sure you have the same confidence in your decision as if you were here in person.
Is Tucson a buyer’s or seller’s market right now?
Market conditions in Tucson shift throughout the year. Typically, spring and early summer bring more listings and competition, while fall and winter can be quieter with motivated sellers but hot with eager buyers. I share monthly market updates on my YouTube channel to keep buyers and sellers informed with the most up-to-date local trends and national news that effects all markets.
What are the best 55+ active adult communities in Tucson?
Popular options include SaddleBrooke, SaddleBrooke Ranch, Sun City Oro Valley, Heritage Highlands, and further south Quail Creek is often a contender. Each offers a unique mix of golf, fitness, clubs, and community events, so the “best” really depends on your lifestyle.
What’s the difference between a 55+ and an “active adult” community?
Both terms generally mean the same thing: age-restricted living designed for adults 55 and over. In Tucson, most 55+ neighborhoods are amenity-focused communities that offer resort-style living—think pickleball, golf, hiking groups, fitness centers, pools, and dozens of social clubs. The phrase “active adult” highlights that lifestyle: staying engaged, healthy, and connected, rather than just focusing on the age restriction.
How much are HOA fees in Tucson communities?
HOA fees vary widely. Some neighborhoods may have fees under $50/month just to maintain a park, while master-planned or 55+ communities can run $200–$600/month depending on amenities, golf, or maintenance included.
What is a capital improvement fee or transfer fee?
Many HOAs in Tucson charge a one-time capital improvement fee when a home sells. This helps fund reserves and keeps regular monthly dues lower for residents.
Which Tucson neighborhoods offer the best access to "The Loop"?
Tucson’s 131-mile paved trail system is a huge draw. Neighborhoods like Dorado Country Club Estates, Hill Farm, Miramonte at the River and various communities in the Rillito and Santa Cruz river parks offer direct access. If biking or walking the Loop is a priority, I can filter your home search specifically for properties with trail-adjacent gates.
How do you help out-of-state buyers "see" a home before traveling to Tucson?
Relocating is stressful, so I act as your eyes on the ground. For my out-of-state clients, I provide custom high-definition video walkthroughs that go beyond the listing photos. I’ll point out everything from the condition of the HVAC unit to the “feel” of the street, so you can make an informed decision from anywhere in the world.
Is buying a home with solar in Tucson a good idea?
It depends on whether the solar system is owned, financed, or leased. Owned solar adds value and lowers electric bills, while financed or leased systems may affect the buyer pool and require assumption of the contract and can often effect a buyer’s mortgage approval. Watch this video to learn how solar can affect home sales.
Can seller concessions or credits cover solar loan payoffs?
Yes—sometimes concessions can go toward paying down or buying out a solar loan, but it depends on the lender and how the contract is structured.
Where are the best neighborhoods for mountain views in Tucson?
The Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, SaddleBrooke, and Dove Mountain are especially well known for their stunning Catalina Mountain views, while west-side homes often capture incredible sunsets and sparkling city lights, and many offer wide open mountain views. That said, Tucson and Oro Valley’s unique geography—with gradual foothills and open desert landscapes—means you don’t have to live in a luxury enclave to enjoy great views. Many neighborhoods throughout the our cities offer beautiful outlooks of the mountains, desert, and skyline, making scenic vistas one of Tucson’s signature features.
Do I need to hire you just to view a home?
With recent changes in real estate rules, yes—you’ll need a buyer-broker agreement in place before I can show you a property. But don’t worry, it doesn’t have to feel like a long-term commitment on our very first “date.” These agreements can be tailored to one day, one property, or set for as short or long as you’re comfortable with. It’s simply a way to keep everything transparent and make sure your interests are protected.
Do I need to sign a long listing agreement to sell my home?
Not at all. While many agents push for long commitments, I believe flexibility matters. Listing agreements can be customized—whether that’s a shorter trial period or the standard full-term. My goal is to earn your trust by showing the value of full-service marketing: professional photography, video tours, drone and twilight photos, floor plans, and strong online exposure. Most of my clients quickly see the difference and are confident moving forward.
How do real estate commissions work now when I’m selling my home?
With the recent changes in real estate, sellers are no longer required to pre-commit to offering a buyer’s agent commission in the MLS. However, in practice, most buyers and their agents will still ask for compensation as part of the offer process. What this means for you: you now have more flexibility in deciding if, and how much, you’re willing to contribute. I’ll walk you through different strategies based on your goals and the market conditions. At the end of the day, commissions are negotiable—and I focus on structuring them in a way that helps you net the strongest outcome possible.
